Carrot, Mango, and Herb Smoothie
Serves 2Man, the vibrant and fresh mix of fruit, veg, and herbs (I used a combo of mint and basil) in this smoothie is delish! You instantly feel a little more spring in your step and know that you just did your body a favor. I like to make the full two serving recipe for myself and refrigerate the second serving for the next day. It is a bit more juice and less smoothie by then, but that is fine by me.
INGREDIENTS
2 cups frozen mango chunks
1 cup fresh carrot juice
1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1/4 cup fresh herbs, such as mint, tarragon, or basil
INSTRUCTIONS
Step One: Combine all ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth.
