Kicking Off 2012 on the Right Foot!
I make a conscious effort not to bore you with the goings on in my life, since this is a blog focused on cooking after all, but every once in awhile the two collide. At those times I feel the need to fill you in. Such is the case currently….
For the second year in a row I will be participating in the Whole Living Action Plan—a food detox and mind and body challenge. I will be doing the challenge for the majority of January so you can expect a lot of delicious, healthy recipes to be posted. The Action Plan involves avoiding processed foods and beverages, added sugar, dairy, gluten (for the first two weeks), caffeine, and alcohol, so as a bonus most of the recipes will be vegan and gluten-free! Stay tuned!
